Lady Harriet the daughter of co-heiress of George 2nd Marquess Townshend and 16th Lord de Ferrers (1782-1845). She married 11 Mar 1813 Edward Ferrers, of Baddesley Clinton, co. Warwick (d. 11 Aug 1830)>

The identification to the hand of Richard Cosway is unlikely to be accepted today. This portrait is delightful and extremely well executed
