Each watercolour on ivory, in cases, one signed F? Moss 1768, another dated 1768 and a third signed and dated C.D. 1749

Lady Mary Wedderburn was the daughter of John Belsches of Invermay (1710-1753) and Mary Stuart of Castlemilk(1710-1739). She married, as his second wife, Sir Henry Wedderburn, a captain in the East Indies. The miniaturistsigning C.D. is indentified with C[harles] Dixon, who lived in London and in circa 1757 painted Benjamin Franklin
